Admission and Standards

Substitutions and Cancellations
A $10 fee will be assessed for each refund requested. All refunds must be requested in
writing and received no later than one week before the conference begins (March 7,

or mail it to BYU Conferences and Workshops, 136 Harman Continuing Education
Building, Provo, UT 84602. You may at any time arrange for a substitute to come in your
place without penalty. After March 9, 2008 , no refund can be given. Participants will
receive a full registration refund if the program is canceled for any reason. However, the
university cannot be responsible for any cancellation or change charges assessed by
airlines, travel agencies, or other institutions.
