
The noncredit symposium fee of $159 includes refreshment breaks on Thursday and Friday and the Virginia Sorensen Lecture and Dinner Thursday night. (Please note that lunches will not be sold by the conference hosts, nor are they included in the registration fee.)
One semester hour of in-service credit (either El Ed 514R or Sc Ed 514R) is available for a registration fee of $189. This fee includes the refreshment breaks and the Virginia Sorensen Lecture and Dinner Thursday night.
The Thursday-only registration fee of $119 includes a refreshment break and the Thursday evening dinner. The Friday-only registration fee of $89 includes a refreshment break.
Registration for BYU employee/spouse eligible for tuition benefits
BYU Benefits will cover the registration fee for eligible individuals as if the participant is taking/auditing a 1-credit summer term class. If you have questions about your eligibility for tuition benefits, call Benefits Services at (801) 422-4716.

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) protects the privacy of your educational record. In order to be in compliance with FERPA, we require verification of your identity before releasing any personally identifiable or educational information to you. Please do not ask parents, spouses, friends, or siblings to request this information for you.
Participants of any race, color, creed, and ethnic or national origin are accepted for admission to this program provided they maintain the university standards while on campus. These include modesty in dress and conduct and abstinence from alcohol, tobacco, coffee, tea, and harmful drugs.
We are committed to providing a learning atmosphere that reasonably accommodates persons with disabilities who are otherwise qualified. At least two weeks prior to the start of the program, applicants with disabilities are invited to discuss the program content and available facilities with the program director.
A $10 fee will be assessed for each refund requested. All refunds must be requested in writing. You may at any time arrange for a substitute to come in your place without penalty. After the start of the symposium on July 17, 2008, no refund can be given. Participants will receive a full registration refund if the program is canceled for any reason. However, the university cannot be responsible for any cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, travel agencies, or other institutions.
