The BYU Symposium on Books for Young Readers is open to men and women age 13 and above. Logistical and safety constraints will not allow us to accommodate nursing infants or young children in any symposium sessions.
The conference will be held at the Hinckley Center on Brigham Young University campus in Provo, Utah. The Virginia Sorensen Lecture and Dinner will be held in the Wilkinson Student Center on the Brigham Young University campus.
Courtesy shuttles will be provided and are available to all conference participants; however, preference will be given to seniors and those with disabilities.
Parking is available free of charge at the Marriott Center and in the visitor parking lots on BYU campus.
Both days’ featured authors will autograph books at scheduled sessions. Books will be available for purchase at a 20 percent discount at a special BYU Bookstore annex in the Hinckley Center North Assembly Hall.
You are also invited to spend Thursday evening in the BYU Bookstore, where you will be given a 20 percent discount coupon valid for all items in the store, excluding textbooks and education computer products.
