Registration

COST: $35.00

Registration costs include the Saturday boxed lunch. You will have the option to choose from four different lunches during the registration process. Below are the description of the four options.

Breast of Turkey Sandwich Box: Served on your whole grain wheat bread with potato chips, lettuce and tomato, mayo and mustard packets, chocolate chip cookie and pickle arranged in a box.

Premium Ham Sandwich Box: Served on your whole grain wheat bread with potato chips, lettuce and tomato, mayo and mustard packets, chocolate chip cookie and pickle arranged in a box.

Ciabatta Garden Box: Organic field greens, homemade guacamole and pico, cucumbers, red and yellow bell peppers, asiago cheese and low fat balsamic vinaigrette on multigrain ciabatta. Boxed with fresh fruit and organic blue corn tortilla chips and salsa.

Spinach Veggie Wrap Box: Organic wheat wrap stuffed with organic spinach, homemade guacamole and pico, sprouts, mushrooms and asiago cheese. With a side of homemade salsa. Boxed with fresh fruit and organic blue corn tortilla chips.

  3. In Person: Register at 120 Harman Continuing Education Building, Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah. At-the-door registrations are accepted on a space-available basis.

We cannot reserve program space without full payment. Registration is limited and no overflow will be offered. We encourage you to register early.

FERPA Policy

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) protects the privacy of your educational record. In order to be in compliance with FERPA, we require verification of your identity before releasing any personally identifiable or educational information to you. Please do not ask spouses, friends, or siblings to request this information for you.

Admission and Standards

Participants of any race, color, creed, and ethnic or national origin are accepted for admission to this program provided they maintain the university standards while on campus. These include modesty in dress and conduct and abstinence from alcohol, tobacco, coffee, tea, and harmful drugs.

We are committed to providing a learning atmosphere that reasonably accommodates persons with disabilities who are otherwise qualified. At least two weeks prior to the start of the program, applicants with disabilities are invited to discuss the program content and available facilities with the program director.

Substitutions and Cancellations

A $10 fee will be assessed for each refund requested. All refunds must be requested in writing. You may at any time arrange for a substitute to come in your place without penalty. After the start of the symposium on July 17, 2009, no refund can be given. Participants will receive a full registration refund if the program is canceled for any reason. However, the university cannot be responsible for any cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, travel agencies, or other institutions.
